[pharmacological effects]Pharmacokinetics: Oral administration makes the medicine to be absorbed quickly, the blood drug concentration high, medicine widely distributed, long half-life and maintains effective concentration time long. The pig absorbs medicine completely by taking it orally, even in the feeding conditions, and mainly by renal excretion.
Pharmacodynamics: Our product's antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity  are better than  those of thiamphenicol, and it has a stronger antibacterial activity for a variety of gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasma. Hemolytic pasteurella, pasteurella multocida, actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae are highly sensitive to this product. It's also sensitive to streptococcus, shigella dysenteriae of resistance to thiamphenicol, salmonella typhi, klebsiella, e. coli, and resistance to ampicillin haemophilus influenzae. This product is mainly used for cattle, pigs, chicken and fish bacterial disease, such as pasteurella, bovine respiratory disease caused by haemophilus, cattle infectious keratoconjunctivitis, pigs actinomycetes pleura pneumonia and so on. It can also be used for treatment of a variety of pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis.
